Description
Palmetto Rose Metal Rings were created while casually watching tv and making a big batch of different style rings one night. Sometimes I just let my hands do the creating and afterwards I’ll analyze whatever comes of it. Once I finished up this ring, I realized it resembled the famous Palmetto Roses of my hometown, Charleston, SC. It also reminded me of the weavings of the sweetgrass baskets. As soon as I introduced these rings to my table at vending events, they instantly started selling out each time. Unintentionally creating rings like this one, reminds me of my ancestors and how they guide me everyday and work through me. These rings are currently available in bare copper and gold plated wire
